You have voluntarily provided us with data about yourself, and we process this data based on our business relationship for the following purposes:
– Customer support and
– For our own advertising purposes, for example, to send offers, advertising brochures, and newsletters (in paper and electronic form), as well as for the purpose of referencing the existing or former business relationship with the customer (reference).
The data you provided is also necessary for contract fulfillment or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you.
We store your data for up to 30 years after termination (§ 1489 ABGB).
We use processors for this data processing.
We pass on your data to the following recipients or categories of recipients:
– Courts if necessary
– Administrative authorities if necessary
APPLICANTS
We process your personal data that falls under the following data categories:
– Name
– Internal notes
– Application documents.
You have voluntarily provided us with data about yourself, and we process this data based on your application for the following purposes:
– Application for job offer/unsolicited application
– Applicant records
The data you provide is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot consider your application.
We store your data (name, internal comments) for 5 years after the job assignment has been completed.
Application files will be deleted 6 months after the closing of the vacancy, unless we have your consent to keep you on record, in which case this data will be deleted after 5 years.
NEWSLETTER
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter on our website. Therefore we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process information provided voluntarily (depending on the form) on company, name, function/department, address, phone.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: tdv@technodat.at.
If you are no longer interested in information from Technodat, we will delete your data immediately.
