syneris Web Views: Room directory
The syneris room directory can be used to display the entire object or plant plus room structure with all related documents.
Manage Object Structure
With the digital room directory from syneris, the complete object structure can be captured, visualized and managed.
The room book structure gives an overview of location, object, and floor up to individual rooms. Essential data such as areas, cubage and internal allocations are stored, as are all related documents, plans, articles, work equipment and (recurring) inspections.
Plant/maintenance documentation and corresponding inspection obligations are also managed in accordance with the internal structure.
The connection of ERP / maintenance systems (SAP PM, …) is possible by the syneris Connector.
